Tata Investment Corporation has bought nearly 43,000 sq ft of office space across two floors in a commercial tower in Mumbai's Wadala locality for about Rs 150 crore, paying over Rs 8.80 crore in stamp duty. The acquisition includes 63 car parking slots.
