DLF has finalized an agreement to sell its Kolkata tech park and 25.9 acres of land to the Srijan group for Rs 693 crore. This follows a previous agreement last November to sell Kolkata Tech Park 1 to RDB Primarc Techno Park LLP for Rs 637 crore.
